So this is definitely the part you need to look at if you want to be inspired by awesome DIY decorations, some easy-peasy ways of serving your desserts, how a wedding band should have everyone making shapes on the dancefloor and most importantly... how flipping fun having the navyblur booth at your wedding is! Throw in some laughter filled speeches, beautiful shots of the bride and groom and two guys jumping into the lake for £50 and hey presto.. you have yourself a part two wedding blog... Enjoy!

Where do we begin with J&B's wedding day?! After loving every minute of photographing this fun pair during their Brighton Engagement Shoot we couldn't wait for their wedding. They had always told us of their DIY plans with enthusiasm and their passion for an artistic flare to be throughout their wedding left us so excited to see it all come to life.

I think it's best the photos do the talking for now, but we will highlight the best bits with a little running commentary as we go along.. Click below and enjoy part one, the getting ready and the ceremony!

Julie & her horses, darcey & finn

We're very excited to share this shoot with you this afternoon as a couple of the subjects, namely Finn and Darcey, aren't normally what we'd have in front of our cameras. Julie was our competition winner and we're so glad she was chosen by Cherith at Feathers of Inspiration (thanks Cherry!) - we all loved the sound of taking Julie and her horses out onto Downhill beach and thanks to her enthusiasm and passion, the photo shoot was as fun as ever! The weather was perfect on the early morning we met, the sun was golden and the chilly air made us run around for a bit until we were warm again. Click below to see our winner in action..

Marc & Keri - a sunny botanic gardens engagement

We met Marc and Keri quite a few months ago now on one of their trips back home to Northern Ireland. They've been planning their winter wedding from England and squeezing lots of wedding related appointments in on weekends they can fly back, you'd think they'd be struggling but they have it all under control! Their laid back attitude towards the wedding is so refreshing and we're excited to see the new year in with them and their wedding guests!

A sun soaked Botanic Gardens was the perfect place to shoot these two, we had an array of backdrops to use from the glass palm house to a painted landscape of who knows what! And the day got gradually more energetic as we found Marc's competitive nature and we put him to the test with push-up kisses! Click below to see why we loved this colourful engagement session so much...

The Thompson Family

Between busy family life and all the activities these kids get up to, it was hard to pin down a date for them all to be free and ready for a photo session.. but we finally found one Saturday afternoon to get together in the forest as they loved the idea of having all the golden leaves as their backdrop. It worked out perfectly as we seemed to get one of those completely unexpected, sunshine days where it was warm and bright for our whole shoot - just glorious!
